through outdoor, nature based support

We deliver tailor made adventure support programs for ages 10-25

Welcome to Ground Seek, NDIS Support Services, where we take a unique perspective on disability support. Adventure, Outdoor education and nature based learning are the keys to success. Our founding director has worked in the education sector for over 14 years, much of that time was spent designing and delivering disability support programs. Talis had the greatest success delivering support programs through engagement in outdoor activities. While working in a Special Assistance School for disengaged boys, Talis learnt the benefits of Values Based Education, and now using that philosophy, imbeds the 5 human values (Love, Peace, Truth, Right Conduct and Non-Violence) into all support programs.

Though outdoor, adventure support, participants are able to build capacity, improve their self esteem and self worth, and learn real world skills for independent living.

Some of our exciting tailor made support adventures

Raw Challenge - Gold Coast

From our experience, one of the best ways to improve self esteem and confidence is to get out of your comfort zone. Its ok to try something that might be a little challenging. You will feel a sense of accomplishment doing so. This then has a flow on effect into your daily life.

Fossicking - Mt Tambourine

Exploration and adventure will boost your capacity to undertake new challenges in your daily life.

Snorkeling - Moreton Island

Exposure to natural environments has been shown to reduce anxiety and improve mental health. Explore the wrecks at Moreton Island we discover the amazing world that lives beneath the surface of the water. Much like the amazing capacity we all have within us to all to be loving, peaceful and truthful.

All support days start with a Mindfulness activity. Take your shoes off, sit in the grass, close your eyes and breath. This guided meditation will center you and get you ready for the adventure ahead.
